Hello lybrate-user
your blood pressure is better than before but not fully controlled. It is better to get blood urea and creatinine tests done and add another bp tablet like ramipril 5 mg after checking the blood. This will bring blood pressure under better control. Persistent high blood pressure itself will make you tired and can damage other organs like kidneys. Relaxation in any form will help in controlling bp but you still need medicines.

lybrate-user ,I understand your father condition. Since EF is 30, he needs CABG. If you are not willing for surgery you better go for ECCP treatment to relieve the heart block, many centres are available. I do not known from which area you are from, or state- you have not mentioned. You can have ECCP in your area, that is the only alternate to CABG. Other system of medicines will not work much. If the EF reduces further your father will have serious problems, so act swiftly do not delay.

It's best not to discontinue medicine but at the same time not needed if BP is controlled nicely Please check your pulse rate/heart rate and BP, can easily be done with an automatic BP monitor Will stop metolar cL if pulse rate is not high Do let me know the general readings.
