Hello user, happy to help, anxiety and sleeplessness are reflection of some cause behind it, as per my opinion you just consult a good Homoeopathic doctor to get proper relief, plus if you r taking the medicine since long, there is always a side effect, and even you can't stop this medicine immediately, inspite that you just consult good homoeo Dr. and let have proper treatment and simultaneously get ride of the medicine permanently.

Hypertension at your age i.e 33 is not expected. You need a thorough evaluation to look for any secondary causes of hypertension at such young age like hypothyroidism, sleep apnoea, renal disorders.
Once we rule out all the secondary and correctable causes then we can plan the medication part.
Amlodipine 2.5 mg is half of the usually prescribed dosage for the adults.

Dear Mona,
Heart rate and bp will increase when you are anxious. They are normal response through autonomic nervous system to protect us from the source of fear. Ciplar reduces the heart rate and lowers bp. It helps in reducing the anxiety feelings. You can talk to your doctor about restarting ciplar or plan to go for Jacobson's deep muscle relaxation or therapy or yoga and pranayama by non medical professionals.

It looks like you are going through quite an overwhelming time, unable to manage the physical manifestations of the disorder and the sudden attacks of it. It would be really helpful to you if you could consult a psychologist for intense therapy sessions, that would provide you with a non judgemental environment so that you can open up about your thoughts and feelings. Betacap TR is given for hand tremors (vibration) not for BP. So let her continue it. Check BP regularly ,as you said it can decrease BP aswell.

Stammering can be made lesser only and only by Speech therapy. So you should take the help of a speech therapist. Also, I'd suggest you to visit a Psychologist as confidence plays a great role in dealing with this problem.
I'd suggest you to speak very slowly, word by word. People may make fun of this but believe me, slowly you'll get better at it.
Hope your query is answered. Feel free to ask if you have any doubts.
Wishing you good health.

Dear user. Glossophobia or speech anxiety is the fear of public speaking or of speaking in general. Various treatment options are available to treat glossophobia. Certain drugs such as beta blockers may be used to help people relax before speaking in public. Complementary therapies such as hypnosis, meditation or psychotherapy can be quite beneficial in helping you to overcome glossophobia. I suggest online counseling and hypnotherapy. Take care.

Your BP is on the lower side, if you are experiencing any symptoms like weakness, giddiness etc then you should consult your treating doctor for stopping this medication and giving you some alternative medication. If you are not experiencing any side-effects, still inform your treating doctor so that they are aware of this and take lot of oral fluids like water, coconut water, lemon juice, lassi etc
