I am 18 years old female. I have missed my periods once and I took pregnancy test for 4 times which was negative. I took norethisterone for 5 days and its 3rd day after stopping. But my periods are not there.

One may get withdrawal bleeding 3 to 8 days after stopping norethisterone.
If one does not get then reports and change in treatment is required.

I'm 24 years old girl unmarried. I had laparoscopic for 9 cm chocolate ovarian cyst 6 months before. What the best medicine for endometriosis. Norethisterone or femilon or other. But I need tablet only not injection. I do not recommend dinofirst 2 mg. Because of i'm using this tablet 2 per day (6 months) but no use. Bleeding is continuing. I searching for good tablet. Please tell me why doctor didn't prescribed me norethisterone. Tell me the original reason please and best tablet. I need allopathy.

Hello..
Norethisterone has andogenic properties and is not prescribed on a very long term basis ..
You can try a new oral hormonal pills containing both dienogest and ethinyl estradiol..Hope it will be useful..

I took norethisterone for 5 days from 20 to 24 may, and got bleeding for 2 days 30th and 31st may then again saw blood spot (amount very less) for 2 more days (2 and 3rd june) according to cycle, I am expecting my periods around 29 june 30 june around but I saw blood spot on 19th june then 21st june then again on 25th june (this time amount was little more) pls tell me what is this happening with me? Is this a sign of any side effect of taking norethisterone?

Menses will start only when you stop those progesterone tablets. It will come within 7 days of stopping those medicines.

No, it's not an abortion pill. You have to rule out pregnancy because if you are pregnant this medicine will not work.

I took Norethisterone 5 mg for 4 days, twice daily for delaying my periods. My menstruation date was 22/6/18 and I started the medicine from 20th. But now its been 7 days I left the medicine bt menses did not occur. So wt should I do?

I have taken Norethisterone 5 mg tablets to delay my periods for two days and third day I had taken an ipill tablet and now I am suffering from severe headache and vomiting and there is blood in vomiting, I want to know what could be the reason for this, is this reaction of these medicines or anything else?

Blood in vomiting needs examination by doctor and may be reports. Just headache and vomiting can be due to high hormonal tablets you have taken.
