Hi user, for ocd you need to take medication regularly. If you use the medication on and off the medication will not work and more over you need higher dose of prodep for ocd. So,consult your psychiatrist at regular intervals / followups so, the doctor knows how you r improving and he will make necessary dose adjustments in your medication. But, once again your ocd and anxiety would not reduce if you use the medication on n off.

Please continue taking Prodep and B complex and consult your doctor again. He/she may refer you for further investigations for your tiredness or refer you to a psychiatrist.
If you are taking Prodep 20 two times for a long time, your doctor may ask for electrolytes levels in blood. If sodium level is low, she/he may treat you for that.
