Pre-term risk is for all till one reaches full term. Proluton depot usually has not much effect but also usually given repeatedly

Just to update you that Proluton, Susten and Duphastone all are progesterone which are given to support pregnancy. In any case of untoward event or crisis these progesterone help in sustaining pregnancy. In most of clinical scenarios either susten or duphastone (daily dosages) is combined with Proluton depot (500 mg weekly basis ).
