I am already taking metoprolol 50 mg, clopitab75 & rozat 10 mg under treatment for hypertension from last one year. Does it will do any harm to stop clonazepam 0.25 just taken only once on yesterday night advice by a Dr. for tremor.

Clonazepam is a prescription sleep medicine, it is addictive. Rozat and clopidogrel are required after blockages, not before. Continue control of BP, but avoid excessive medications and tests.

Hi, I suffered from bleeding while defecation in January last year. It stopped in February and now after a year it has started again. Please advise medicine so that it stops completely. I will be joining for masters from June and want it to stop before that. Please please help.

Are you on any medications like aspirin or clopidogrel? Blood in stool could be because of piles or medications which you are taking or anal fissures. You need to visit a surgeon for per rectal examination and proper advise.

Html This Year: This year I once again began taking GH3 Pro since 14 June 2018 – 1 Tablet per day (However this year in addition to Coversyl 4 mg (Perindopril) I was also taking Amlodipine 2.5 mg since 9 April 2018) 4) On 02 July 2018 since my Blood Pressure was found higher a doctor asked me to take Zilarbi 40 (Azilsartan) and to stop Coversyl - 4 mg (Perindopril) Since around 13 July 2018 I began experiencing Jerks in my head. Hence I immediately stopped GH3 Pro. On 17 July 2018 I went to another doctor who prescribed:- 5) Aztolet (Atorvastatin, Clopidogrel) and 6) CATCHNIL (Magnesium citrate 800 MG+Vitamin D3 1000 IU+Vitamin E 200 IU+Zinc sulphate 37.5 MG) 7) Nurite Active (L-methylfolate 1 MG+Mecobalamin 1500 MCG+Pyridoxal 5-phosphate 3 MG) On 14 Aug 2018 - To rule out any interference, I went back to my previous doctor and he stopped all the new medicines and put me back to Coversyl - 4 mg (+1 mg) = 5 mg of Perindopril + Rozucor 5 mg (Fenofibrate, Rosuvastatin) The JERKS still continue. On 16 July 2018 I wrote to the Antiaging store inquiring about taking GH3Pro with Zilarbi 40 (Azilsartan) but they replied that I should ask a local doctor.

Current condition of pappa age: 53 weight: 60 height: 168 cm my dad had 1 block of 95% so we did ptca-om on 10/10/2018. From that day to till now he is not normal and did not able to go to work. Currently our cardiologist prescribed 3 tablets: 1) rosurica gold 10 mg- contains: aspirin (75 mg) + rosuvastatin (10 mg) + clopidogrel (75 mg) 2) escigress cz 0.25 - contains: escitalopram (10 mg) + clonazepam (0.25 mg) 3) rabolin dsr: contains: domperidone (30) + rabeprazole (20 mg) he always says that he feels 1. Some times different sensations like vibration in blood vessels and minutes shocks in heart. 2. Continuous tingling in palms and more in fingers. 3. Numbness, or a decrease in the ability to feel or sense pressure or texture in hands. 4. Heart burn. 5. Feeling of burns in different parts of body like in back on left side of chest. 6. Always feel to lay on bed. 7. Second-degree hemorrhoids without blood from last 20 years 8. Hyperglycaemia sometimes (sugar level on border) 9. He feels that the stent became loose or pain at the site of stent in heart. 10. Always feels tired and weakness. 11. Hyper acidity with a lot of burps. 12. Digestion problem (sometimes indigestion and constipation). 13. Feeling of fluttering in vessels or muscles (now became rarer). 14. Feeling of piercing in back and on the site of stent in heart (now became rarer). 15. Sometimes pain in shoulder, upper back, chest. 16. Frequent pain or burning sensation in chest and upper back. Due to lighten our financial condition is worst, that's why he always takes tension, stress, depression, and burden. He thinks a lot even on a small thing and takes tension of that, his thinking capacity is too high. Irritability on small things. He always thought negatively, never thinks positive. He always blame us that why we did angioplasty, because he never became normal like how he was before angioplasty. He lost his 10 kg weight. He feels that his body is completely damaged from inside. When he hears something bad anything about health of somebody then he thinks alot and applies that's on himself and feels like that person's health condition on himself. He is vaccinated with 1st dose of covisheild vaccine on 12/04/2021.

Sir, my dad aged 79 yrs, suffered from TIA on 18 june, he is having sinus bradycardia with RT carotid artery plaque with TIA with BPH .He is taking these medicines right now Tab. clopitab A 75/75-OD, Tab. Orcibest 10 mg 1/2 TDS, Tab.Candace-h 2.5 OD, Tab U-speed 0.4 mg,Tab Nitrolong 2.6 BD, Tab. Etek plus OD, Tab.Sorbitrate 5 mg SOS. His holter monitoring was done which showed average heart rate 53bpm during the day, 49 bpm at night and 51bpm over complete recording. Maximum heart rate was 76 bpm at 13: 12:52, minimum heart rate was 39bpm at 23: 09:29, the standard deviation overall normal beats wad109. 0.In total 73985 beats were found which 1 were classified as ventricular beats. Kindly suggest what to do.

Did he suffer loss of consciousness at any time. If so, then we may do electrophysiology study in Cath Lab and consider pacemaker if results are abnormal. I assume the carotid artery narrowing is not significant and does not merit angioplasty. He needs treatment with aspirin, clopidogrel and statins. Avoid beta blockers. Might need Pacemaker in future.

Hello, Clopidogrel & aspirin are needed for her to prevent aggregation of platelets statins needed for keeping cholesterol level in check. In patients with diabetes these drugs are often used in relation to cardiac problems, plus dyslipidemia is a commonly seen condition in diabetes. So there no problem with these drugs. Thanks.

I am 50 year old man. I test my lipid profile and found s triglycerides to be. 260 and vldl to be 52. I have bp 130/90. Doctor prescribed me rosumac 10 mg. I want to know that how strong is that tablet as compared to rosumac asp, rosumac gold and rosumac 10/75 mg. If it is less powerful than does it means that I am not at high risk. What precautions should I take to lower the level. Is the level of vldl and s triglycerides very high to panic.

No you do not need to be panic. Better you get direct ldl test. Rosumac is to reduce cholesterol and risk of heart attack but rosumac a have aspirin which decrease heart attack additionally. Gold have clopidogrel and aspirin with rosuvastatin given to heart attack or post angioplasty patient.
