Not actually. In fact theoretically a fall in estrogen triggers migraine. For menopausal symptoms if you are advised hormonal replacement therapy, please work out a suitable combination of hormone therapy (not only estrogen) with your prescribing doctor.

You are right. A woman with low levels of estrogen hormones is prone to get osteoporosis, means thinning of bones and tendency to get fractures. They are good because of the nutrients present in them. It can be taken by any one. They benefit in general but not specifically regarding the hormonal status. So just consume them like any other food item. Its the overall effect of nutritious and healthy food along with healthy habits ( like exercise and yoga ) that take care of hormonal balance. Use warm water for drinking,take healthy ,warm food,fresh fruits,dry fruits,take proper rest,sound sleep,do regular exercise, yoga,pranayam.

You have to consult a dietician for food knowledge.
Gynecomastia can be due to many reasons - drug intake, endocrinal (hormonal) problems, metabolic causes or pubertal gynecomastia. Here there is enlargement of breast due to fatty or glandular component of breast.

In order to increase Testosterone levels I would initially undertake a detailed evaluation of hormonal and metabolic parameters and then treat appropriately. If there is no satisfactory increase in Testo levels or symptoms in 3 to 6 months I would consider Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) through Transdermal bioidentical Testosterone cream after detailed discussion on the pros and con of TRT for someone of your age.
The levels of sex hormones can be measure through blood test.
