If diabetes is in control normally other complications are either delayed or of less severity. Since your problem is long standing one, it may not completely go away. Pregabalin is a good drug to help in this condition. But it equally essential to maintain a strict sugar control to get better relief.

Treatment is for the condition and not Mr. film report. Some changes can be in asymptomatic persons also.
If you do not have any radicular pain or tingling sensation in lower limbs. Stop pregabalin, not needed for long term if the pain subsides, start gentle spinal strengthening exercises.

Pregabalin is better but it has more side effects like dizziness and vertigo. If you can tolerate pregabalin is better.

No. U can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.
3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean...more

Betacap TR is given for hand tremors (vibration) not for BP. So let her continue it. Check BP regularly ,as you said it can decrease BP aswell.
