I have gastro problems from childhood. Incomplete evacuation with cramps on eating heavy foods like ghee non veg or maida items etc. Always urgency for stool. Stools not formed properly. 3 years before consulted gastrologist. After several test including xray, ultra sound and colonoscopy he confirmed it as spastic colon .it had mental connection. Long treatment of about 2 and half years with pantoprazole zolfresh, pregabid NT. My problem is reduced by 75%. the anxiety for motion is controlled to great extent but still I have to take anti anxiety medicines. But fue to prolonged pantoptaxole 40 mg intake I developed problem of bloating burps smelly like sulphur and still can not digest heavy foods. Dr. has said I am intolerant to milk and hence take it in small quantity. Consulted ayurvedic Dr. and he advised of low HCL in stomach ie and agni. Are there any medicines to increase hcl secretion in stomach. I have to be cautious as I have problem of GERD as confirmed by endoscopy also diagnosed with mild ulcer in this. Now I am taking moreveasevsr 200 mg in morning and more ease I sachet in evening that helps me lot to get satisfactory evacuation in morning. Prehabid NT once. Are betadine hcl medicines available online of help to increase digestion.

Exercise. Exercise is both an excellent way to prevent back pain and to reduce any back pain you might have. ... Exercises such as walking or swimming strengthen the muscles that support your back without putting any strain on it or subjecting it to a sudden jolt.

apart from pexep and propanol which has been given, other medicines are just supportive only . You need to discuss the lack of improvement and get the medications altered or dose adjusted, and also combine with cognitive behavioural therapy, for best results. All the best

Pregablin part of Maxglabin is given in certain cases but not in routine. So if you have taken in second week of pregnancy when embryo is not taking blood supply from mother, there should not be any problem. However no Usg or test can give you hundred percent assurance that there are no abnormalities.

If the lower back pain is not due to local cause or neurological cause, it is likely due to somatic symptom of depression. Your medications presently do not seem rationale, kindly consult a psychiatrist and seek remedy. Good luck.
