Thyroid disorders/diabetes or other hormonal issues can worsen your joint symptoms.
Even there are many other types of arthritis in which ra and anti ccp can be negative.
Check your blood routine with esr ,rbs, uric acid, crp, anti ccp and periodically check for your thyroid status.

You need to check your thyroid function tests again to see the current status .Abnormal feeling excessive heat or cold (shivering) are common features of malfunctioning thyroid gland. You need to control it by suitable drugs after finding out the cause/type of thyroid dysfunction .Doing S.B12, VIT -D, S.ca, CBC may help you diagnosing your correct nutritional status.

Since there is absolutely no information on the following : FBG, PP glucose, HbA1c%, weight, height, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile an...more

Thank you for contacting on this Lybrate. These side effects are very common with pregabalin and are expected to be resolved once your body gets accustomed to the drug, usually a period of 5-7 days. Preferably take the drug at bed time so that you are not bothered with these symptoms during dayvtime. For further discussion about your symptoms, you can definitely contact further.

Every medicine has some or other side effect. It depends on what benefit you obtain vis a vis the side effects. Pregabalin is regularly prescribed in lumbar canal stenosis and had a good track record. Oxcarbamezepine is infrequently used, in comparison in lumbar canal stenosis cases. Both can be used and the predominant side effects of both is sedation. They can be started and stopped if side effects are bothersome.
