Eat fermented foods and other foods rich in b12. Exercise under the sun. Its okay to have supplements too but after the doctor prescription. While you could naturally increase b12 by doing the aforementioned tasks too.

Yes. U need to get operated. There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they r not creating problem, let them be there. But do follow annual checkups. But if they r causing problem, its better to remove them

Pregabalin and muscle relaxant both can have the side effect of dizziness. If pregabalin is the cause, then most likely symptoms are to get subsided within a week or so of medicine intake once the body get habituated to the drug. Pregabalin can be taken for longer periods of time but only under medical supervision. However muscle relaxants should not be taken for a longer period of time.
