Hi
pneumonia vaccine is helpful to prevent serious pneumonia and meningitis. Government is not making it compulsory due to economical reasons. In western world it's compulsory. You can decide the rest.
Thanks.

if it has been left ...u can start at any age .

1 year to 2 year of age then 2 doses 8 weeks apart.

and if child.is above 2 years then single dose is sufficient.

in my opinion u can choose single dose at 2 years ..which would save your money ..but remember there are many pneumococcal vaccine available from which always prefer PCV13.
