According to the treatment you are getting, I can see the effort of your doctor. I think you should consider taking insulin atleast for one time in a day to control it along with your medication. As you have hba1c of 10.8, it's good for your health to start insulin atleast once daily. Pls consult to your doctor about it or you can consult me online m.

diabetes diet plays a very important role. You need to be very particular about food choices & timings to control blood glucose levels. Even medicines will not work properly unless you are particularly about food choices. I would suggest you to properly follow the do's and don't of diabetes so to control the blood glucose levels.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. However, there is no mention about actual fasting & after food blood glucose, as well as hba1c%. Without knowing these important facts no comments can be made about the treatment.
Secondly, if one has confirmed diabetes then treatment has to be taken every day. Since one eats every day then drugs also are required to control the glucose rise every day.
Another important aspects is that with a bmi (body mass index) of 39....more

There are several means to gain control over your diabetes. Few of them as below: 1. Eating at regular intervals 2. Avoiding foods high in processed and invisible sugar 3. Good sleep hygiene 4. Consistent workouts to be able to give you specific guidelines, we would need to gain a deeper insight into your lifestyle and work with you in greater proximity. Do let me know if you're keen and we could take this prospect forward. Meanwhile, feel free to consult me privately.

Hello, thanks for the query.
The tablet mentioned is to be taken for treating diabetes for quite a long time. Because diabetes is going to go away after 16 days. Since no other information is guven like fasting, pp glucose & hba1c%, no further comments can be made. If you have developed diabetes then treatment has to be continued for life time. If you have any questions please come back with all the necessary details. Thanks.
