I would suggest you to follow a moderate protein diet, avoid animal proteins specially and can go for plant proteins once a day and calcium like- milk, mushrooms, paneer etc can be taken once a day. With this avoid foods rich in saturated fats, high salt foods, canned foods, carbonated beverages, fried foods.
