Dear, first you need to control your diabetes, your observation is right you will face this issue more if your sugar is high. The problem is you are over weight and that is also one of the reasons of your diabetes. You need to loose around 10 kgs minimum and control your calorie intake. The problem is due to accumulation of smegma which is a natural secretion of the skin oil glands along with the dead skins which get accumulated in the foreskin area. Diabetes and related conditions increase it. ...more

Hello sir, hope you are doing good. Pls don't stop bp medication, unless doctor ask you to stop. Diabetes, bp require a long term medication. But this might also lead to your constipation problem. If you have constipation more than occasionally or have severe pain or bleeding, it's important to check-in with your doctor as these symptoms can be a sign of a more serious digestive disorder. However, in most cases constipation is just a sign that your diet needs more fiber. The average adult needs ...more

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
The medications used to treat diabetes and neuropathy, (which you are taking) are quite safe. These need to be taken for a very long time like 25 to 30 plus years by most patients who are treatment. There hardly any reports of side effects or problems being created in kidney or other vital organs. In fact if diabetes or high blood glucose is not well controlled that can cause severe kidney damage not the drugs. Thanks.

The information looks incomplete and I need a few more answers:
1. Do you have any knee swelling and are you able to bend the knee completely?
