Ipill doesn't work as abortifacient. Fir abortion the options are medical or surgical (d&e), depending on the duration of pregnancy. Youll have to consult a gynecologist for the same, since abortion meds can't be prescribed online. And please don't delay. Also use a safer method of protection next time.

drink plenty of water(9-10glasses per day).to avoid constipation, have fiber rich diet like spinach, carrots, beans etc..;
add more fruits in diet like banana, figs, etc. include curd or buttermilk in meal. avoid spicy food. avoid stress, prolong sitting, etc.

Try to eat small but frequent meals.
Avoid long gaps in between meals.
Avoid junk as far as possible.
Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too.
