I think you are suffering from heavy constipation and piles.

piles is due to hormonal changes of pregnancy along with incorrect eating habits. incorporate lots of fibers in diet in form of leafy vegetables ,fruits with skin and plenty if water. avoid maida and red meat. its safe to apply anovate cream. Also addition of stool softeners like isapgol or lactulose helps
