Dear,
It is common to have a fungal infection in the summer season.
It is due to the moisture, skin fold, and heat which triggers this.
More than just irritation on the skin, you will have itching sensation, red marks (mostly rounded) and also skin scaling around the infected site.
To treat this, only a Ketoconazole soap wouldn't be effective.

White patch is possibly vitiligo. Do you hv de pigmented or just hypopigmented patch? Vitiligo will be totally depigmented. N is there any scaling. In case of vitiligo these creams won't help you. For better advice please consult with photographs.
