Hi lybrate-user
The kidneys  help control the amount of phosphate in the body. Extra phosphate is filtered by the kidneys and passes out of the body in the urine. If there is not enough phosphate, less is found in the urine. Kidneyproblems can cause high or low levels of phosphate in the urine. High levels of phosphate in the urine also may be caused by eating a meal high in phosphorus, having high levels of vitamin D in your body, or having an overactiveparathyroid gland.

As your kidneys are not working you have waste product made by body in blood, which is now cleaned by dialysis by filter. As everyday waste product is made cleaning of blood needed regularly. Scientifically thrice dialysis per week can maintain body. So creatinine once comes down on dialysis but the minute it's stopped waste starts accumulating again. It's regular process.

High plasma uric acid (UA) is a precipitating factor for gout and renal calculi as well as a strong risk factor for Metabolic Syndrome and cardiovascular disease.
Your bones and teeth contain most of your body's phosphorus. However, some phosphorous is in your blood. Hypophosphatemia is the opposite — having too little phosphorus. Various conditions, including chronic alcohol use disorder and vitamin D deficiency, can cause your blood phosphorus level to become too low.
