Hello lybrate-user.
Aceclofenac and paracetamol both have very bad effects on liver and kidney.
If you can, take homoeopathic treatment.
It is better and no side effects.
If you want to take them keep difference of half an hour at least.

The recommendee dose of paracetamol is 15 mg/kg body weight. So you can take around 1000 mg or 2 tablets depending on the strength of paracetamol. Above that it has not been found to show extra effects. I recommend that at a time you do not use more than 2 tablets. However if you have fever and symptom doesn't decrease, you can repeat the dose 8 hourly. It's perfectly safe. (as far as you do not take such a dose regularly)

I would suggest you to continue these medicines and see if you get any benefit.
Meanwhile you should also start foot exercises.
Wear good quality shoes with sole support.

Advice:
no, mefenamic acid is not safe in dengue fever.
Mefenamic acid belongs to nsaid drugs.
It can lead to increased risk of cardiovascular thrombotic events which will worsen in dengue where there is decrease in platelet count.
