Yes the medicines will help you and you are getting better as you yourself said. These medications should continue for at least 1 to 2 years after complete recovery. Don't stop them without consulting your Psychiatrist. A home you can practice breathing exercises and learn relaxation techniques from the internet and do them at home. Am sure all this along with the medication you'll be fine very soon.

Dear lybrate-user,
the change in medicine often makes you uncomfortable for short duration. Gradually anxiety goes away afer 3-4 days. You can wait for few days till you feel better. Doctor might have changed medicine considering some points of your symptoms. I would not be able to solve your problem until I know all your problem in detail. If you have intolerable problem you can either consult me or other psychiatrist.
Else you can talk to your own psychiatrist for such complaints.

As per your weight in my opinion your zaptra dose needs to be optimised, kindly call your treating doctor for further advice.
And zapiz is unlikely to make you feel sad. Your baseline problem of anxiety once corrected with proper drug dosages you will feel better. Do not loose your heart you will be fine.

So they should all stand to benefit if you combined the two therapies. In the meantime please do the following sincerely becaus...more

12.5 mg of paroxetine drug is the lowest dose that is usually used to start the drug or when treated to taper down from high doses to this dose and then be stopped, hence in my suggestion if he has been treated off an illness and the doctor put him on this dose for quiet dome time, then even if stopped you don't need to restart it unless required.
