4 hours gap between the two drugs is enough. You can use 100 mg. Check whether there is hydrochlorothiazide in your bp drugs. For using viagra--you should not use nitrate group of drugs; you should be able to do treadmill up to 6 mets. Inform the doctor treating you, if you had viagra 24 hours earlier.

Dear lybrate-user The pimples blackheads scars are due to harmonal imbalance oily skin, dandruf frequency of uses of different products on face, weak digestive system et c. Do not use moisturizers on your face. Wash your face three four times a day and only apply lemon juice twice a day with cotton ball. Avoid your constipation. Do not take oily junk food.
