Daily recommended dose is 400 iu so if 1 ml contains 800 iu then dose will be 0.5 ml 1 ml = 20 drops so 0.5 ml = 10 drops you can give it 0.5 ml = 10 drops once daily dose schedule or you can give it 0.25 ml = 5 drops two times per day schedule.

No you cannot use ciplox daily as it is an antibiotic for conjunctivitis and for eye strain you can use drop like" Just Tears" or LACRINA gel.

You have dryness of eys whcih many people suffer around the age of 50and it will be increased if he has diabetes. You can use artificial eye drops like Lacina Gel whenever you have the irritation

You cannot continue using the eye drop.and Ocutob D Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Dexamethasone and Tobramycin. Dexamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy. Tobramycin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth in the eye by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

The problem seems to be of dry eye. Refresh tears are artificial year drops. May be used when needed.
