Its chronic urticaria now. He will need some test like rast. Need to avoid exposure to that allergen. Do not keep pets at home. Try avoiding egg peanut n cows milk in his diet. Deworm the child once. Give syp montair lc 5 ml once daily. No role of b complex. Use can use syp rantac 2.5 ml twice daily with syp omnacortil.

Prednisolone present in that tablet has a diabetogenic action, meaning increasng the blood gluose level. SO as long as that drug is being taken there is bound to be an increase in the blood glucose level. Thanks.

There are good treatments available for wegener's granulomatosis. You have to continue prednisolone with methotrexate after consulting physician. With medicines complications of wegener's granulomatosis can be prevented but it is difficult to cure it permanently. Chances of relapse are common.

Omnacortil is prednisolone. A steroid. Need to know for which medical condition she is taking steroids for last 7 years.
It can be because of either dependence or withdrawl syndrome. I advice you to consult at higher centers for further mgt. Regards.
