The treatment is fine if its acute onset bell's palsy. Wysolone will be gradually tapered and omitted. Make sure your bp is under 140/90.

There are good treatments available for wegener's granulomatosis. You have to continue prednisolone with methotrexate after consulting physician. With medicines complications of wegener's granulomatosis can be prevented but it is difficult to cure it permanently. Chances of relapse are common.
