Yes the missed vaccine can be given as catch up vaccine. Give your child 2 doses at interval of 4 to 8 weeks followed by single dose every 5 years.
Best wishes

When your baby is six weeks old, it is recommended they have three vaccines: combined (or hexavalent) dtpa-hib-ipv-hepb, 13vpcv, and rotavirus. Only two of the vaccines are needles, usually given in babies' legs. The rotavirus vaccine is given as drops put into your baby's mouth.

No need to get worried, tdap contains tetanus toxoid and diphtheria and acellular pertussis whereas dpt contains diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis protein, no harm would happen with acellular pertussis.

After 2 years single dose of conjugate vaccine as a priming dose followed by a polysaccharide vaccine as booster will ensure adequate protection.

It is better to take typhoid vaccine at any age after six months of age. For children bellow two years of age (tcv) polysaccharide conjugate vaccine should be used. After two years routine vi surface polysaccharide vaccine can be given every three years. Need for booster dose of tcv conjugate vaccine is not yet studied.
