Age: 34 Sex: M Weight-72 kg Investigations: HLA B-27 is positive. High-ESR, CRP Alkaline Phosphate, SGOT, RDW-SD, RDW-CV, PWD, MPV, PLCR, Antimony, calcium, Vanadium Low- PH, Iron, MCHC, Bismuth, 25-OH vitamin, Vitamin B-12, Haemoglobin All the Test Reports are Normal/ Negative associated with following symptomsincluding Immunoglobulin A, G, M, eGFR, ACCP, ANA (titre, screening), ANA, BUN, BUN/Creatinine ratio, Creatinine serum, Uric Acid, blood glucose, calcium, sodium, potassium, chloride, phosphorus, RA factor, ASO, Complement-3, Xray Chest Adult, whole abdomen ETC. Confirmed Ankylosing Spondylitis With (?) Fibromyalgia Bilateral sacroiliac joint show hypointensity along the iliac side on both T1-weighted and T2-weighted images in subarticular location suggestive of focal sclerosis. Small erosions seen along bilateral articular margins. Negative for local areas of T2 STIR hyperintensities to suggest local oedema. MRI SI joints with screening of lumbosacral spine shows: Features to suggest bilateral sacroiliitis as described. Symptoms: Musculoskeletal pain Color and smell of urine changes frequently. 3 .Mood swing and do not like rush, hard smell, noisy sound, light and party-function. Chronic, diffuse, sharp, throbbing, or severe pain in muscles, tendons, and ligaments around the joints and near to joints. It migrates over the body. 9. RESPECTED DOCTOR, my mother aged is 70 years. Already one kidney completely failed. But yesterday she took blood test urea is 28. Creatinine (1.2 and now. 6 after Ayurveda, egfr is 53.5ml/mts per 1.7m2. But after taking usg doctor told 50% function reduced, because of renal medical disease. Her potassium, sodium, chloride, bicarbonate, aniangap level is normal. Microalbumeneria 19.2. Does she will cure from this problem Now she is taking medicine for bp-cilnidipine5mg. Because she is having bp 180/100 past 8 months on wards. But now it has controlled 100/80. Also, she is having urea problem past 10 years. That is also controlled condition. Her weight is 80. Also, she is having arthritis, nerve weakness from her early age itself. Doctor told her urea, creatinine is normal. They told to continue the bp medicine. Past 1 month on wards her bp is 100/80, 110/70, 95/70 Now she is taking ayurveda medicine for kidney reviving nephrons. Just 3 days back, we have checked her sugar range in glucometer shows 114 before meal & after meals 180 (half an hour), 210 (another half an hour, 230 (another half an hour, 255 (last half an hour). We don’t know how it came and raise sudden. Now, for 3 days she is taking diabecon this morning one before meal and evening one before meal. What is the reason of sudden spike. How many tablets shall I take per day (diabecon ds-himalaya herbal product. Mr Anthony, Looking at the details given, it appears that the kidney function is good. Even on one kidney a person can live a normal life. As regards her BP if it is in control with cilindipine continue the same. Her sugar levels are high. Fasting 114 mg is marginally high. I am 40 years old and my urine color is deep yellow since last one year. Bilirubin is 0.96 mg/dl, sgot - 38.0/iu/lt, sgpt - 42.0 iu/lt. Uric acid 5.3, serum urea - 18 mg/dl, serum calcium 7.6 mg/dl, serum sodium - 142 meq/l, potassium - 4.1 meq/l, serum chloride - 103 meq/l, blood urea nitrogen 8.73 mg/100 ml, phosphorus 2.80 mg/dl, serum total protein - 7.1 g/dl, serum albumin - 4.0 g/dl, serum globulin - 3.1 g/dl, albumin: globulin 1.29:1, haemoglobin - 13.0 gm%, total count rbc - 5.06 million/cu. Mm, leucocyte -6,800 /cu. Mm. Serum creatinine - 0.89 mg/dl, tsh - 1.26 mu/l, albumin & creatinine ratio 15.80 mg/g, my urine culture test is normal and ultrasonography is also normal, I have only grade-i fatty liver. Mainly my urine is turn to yellow when I go to outside in first time whether hot or cold whether. After came from outside I have to take at least 2 ltrs of water to feel pressure for urine weather is cold or hot and then my urine color is turn to deep yellow. I drink 3 and 1/2 ltrs water every day. Since last two months I do not feel so much pressure as earlier to urinate. But last 2 weeks my urine is yellow all the time and I observed that my urine output is also reduced than earlier. Another symptom is itching in my foot. Is there any problem due to excess vitamin b2 (riboflavin) as I eat horlicks last two years everyday morning. But last 6 months I don't eat horlicks or other problem kindly help.

In reports you have mentioned there is no test for diabetes your ldl is borderline high
pancreatic amylase is normal
and your vitamin d is also very low need treatment for weakness and fatigue I advise you
