Few days ago I had viral fever with 103â° temperature. My mother called up one of my neighbor who is an ayurvedic doctor. He told my mother to visit a nearby medical store and call him again. My mother did the same and bought nimesulide tablets. After taking those tablets my fever was vanished within an hour. The next day I was felling very uncomfortable and exhausted and visited apollo hospital. I was advised to go for a blood test and then after the reports were ready I was being told that my liver had been affected by the tablets I took during viral fever. I am really looking for help and don't know what to do further. Shall I dodge an fir or take medicines.

My wife had delivered a baby girl on first november 2016. Mother and baby -both were alright. Now for past 10 days, my wife has developed a continuous pain in her both forearm and wrist.in day time, it remains less bt in night, the pain becomes intolerable. Yesterday first time, I gave her neurobion forte 10 mg oral tablet and nimicip plus (nimesulide and paracetamol) as pain killer. Bt,it was nt effective at all. Is this a normal pain or post-partum deficiency of calcium? please advise me wat should I do?

First I got infected with cold and cough on 19th march, I got a cough syrup (choco dx) and tablets (almok 500, nimesulide and 1 from zydus fortiza) from a medical shop. The moment cold and cough cured bowel movements and stomach upset started from 25th march. I consulted a (dr md physician) he advised me of o2 and nexpro rd 40. After having it for 2 days symptoms a little bit reduced but now I am feeling the same symptoms like it used to be earlier. My body temp remains below 98°f, but body feels hot, mouth taste changed, loss of appetite even a single bread I can not eat, gas burps are frequent, stool is like pulpy and brown in color and I am not getting energy at all, every time I feel sleepy. Please advice I want to get cured very soon.

Hi, History of tb with reactive cervical lymphadenitis @age of 9 yrs-completed full ATT that time. Chicken pox preceded by URTI 2 months ago-cervical lymph nodes just below ear between mastoid and mandible angle groove were enlarged at that time. Completed 5 days valacyclovir 1 gm TDS and cefixime 200 BD. LN were almost same size for a week. Then I stopped palpating. 40 days after this-i felt LN small grape sized bilaterally at same site. Which enlarged to 2 cm diameter at present (60 days after chickenpox). NO SYMPTOMS/NO PAIN/NO FATIGUE/NO FEVER. Usg LN showed no necrosis &size 1.88 cm×0.68 cm As per Lybrate Consultation-its not TB as no symptoms, not cancer bcoz acute presentation: Started these before 5 days=AMOXYCLAV625BD & diclofenac50+pcm 325+serratiopeptidase 10 BD for 3 days. I actually CHEWED tablets. So enteric coating damage may have resulted ineffective treatment. What to do? Maybe I am exposed to TB be I work in government hospital. Is it possible that delayed RE-ENLARGEMENT after chickenpox. Afraid of painful fnac. Will cbc/esr/crp diagnose/rule out tb and find the cause?

will just give you a brief history. From the last 2 days I am experiencing lower back pain or pelvic pain. Initially the pain was tolerable but then from yesterday it increased and in the evening I had to take paracetamol but by night time I was compelled to take nimesulide which did had some effect but not much. But I must tell you that I am a chronic sufferer of ibs and experiencing bloating and gas. My gas gets mostly trapped in my rectum and then gets released for which I have to apply force. I am continuously going to the toilet since I have developed constipation and purging. I must confess that due to depression I am over indulging in masturbation and my testicles are also paining. I also have painful piles due to constipation. I am confused whether I have developed back problem or it is just referred pain of piles, ibs related or testicular pain due to excessive masturbation. My pain just now is in the pelvic area and is going done to the back of my thighs to the calf and foot. Please request your trainers to send me back exercises video on my what's app number mobile whenever possible. Also tell me is it ibs, piles or excessive masturbation related pain of strained back. for this you will need a x-ray dorsal lumbar spine to r/o pivd, straight back, ankylosing spondylitis (rare possibility).
Till the time you can start tab flexura d twice a day for 3 days for pain and spasm relief.
Exercise is not indicated while there is pain.

I am 72 years old male having diabetes since 1999, now I am taking diapride m2 forte 1000 mg tablet one before breakfast and one before dinner. My sugar level was 258 fasting also I am taking meganeuron od+ capsule once before sleep because I had high sugar n high bp mild attack on legs due to which there was severe pain in legs in march 2020 after which I was not not able to stand on my own. My doctor suggested telephonically to take meganeuron od+ due to which now I am able to walk last week in jammu, temperature lower down due 2constant rain, I had body ache n mild fever then I took nimesulide nicip tablet two times after which I got well but two days ago I urinate frequently after 15 mins even my cloths got wet due to uncontrollable urine. Today I checked my sugar level, it was 258 also got my urine routine test in which protein (albumin) & glucose found, rest all readings was normal it's not safe for me to visit doctor in person due to covid, also my son posted far away from my home help.
