I am 40 years female suffering from semi solid dark green stools with white discharge/ mucous after lightly tasting street pakoras. I've gassy intestine. I was advised RifaGut 1-0-1, Prividac 1-0-1 AF & Pantodac 1-0-0 BF for similar symptoms a month &a half ago. Now I've started on these medications since I'm experiencing same type of dehydration! I'm afraid if I'll become immune to RifaGut due to frequent use. Kindly advise what to do if I suffer from such bouts? B'cos no other medicine apart from anti biotics work for me in such frequent discomforts!

My mother is 48 year old. She is suffering neck and arms pain for 2 year. We go to neurologist and he gives tryptomer10 mg, nexito plus capsules and pantodac tablet but she is not fine. Again we go him and he suggest cervical xray and he said that go to orthopedic. We go md in an orthopedic doctor and he gives etornext er, gunsar pain oil, pantolex, predme4 and calcium tablet. But my mother is not fine for pain. She done neck and arm exercise daily but her pain is not end. She is not diabetes person. Please gives me medicine name so her pain is clear and never comeback pain again.

My mom is 47 year old. She is suffering neck and arm pain for two years. The neurologist sugest cervical xray and gives tryptomer10 mg pantocid tab but the pain is not fine. orthopedic doctor gives pantodac and other tablet and neck exercise but the pain is some day low and some day high. We go a ortho neuro physio therapy the neck pain is low but the arm pain is same. What is this? Please gives some better medicine so my mom arm neck pain is complete fine..

I am having pain in stomach, extreme left of chest under armpits and in centre of the rib cage, I also feel pain in back of stomach, wrist and toe it feels like weakness all these symptoms are from 3 months earlier I was getting mouth ulcers and once I fall from bike and get hurt near left part of stomach. I had a cut to at my toe with window glass. Stools and urine are not black and sometimes I don't get stool since I started using overzyme, sft-o and pantodac Earlier few times I had loose motion.

I have right side chest pain ,before I posted same problem at that time a doctor said it may be due to hyper acidity .my echo and x-ray is normal. I have pain daily for three to four months .I'm having less spicy food .already I had gastritis issue but I was so well till dis problem arise .its not reducing with pantodac also .pain reduces only wen taking some pain killers again its the same .pain is bearable when sitting and lying bt couldn't bare when laughing ,sneezing, yawning ,deep breaths .no cough or cold .please help me .I'm confused not able to come to a conclusion .if its acidity then why its dre always .no left side pain .I'm controlling so much in diet .not skipping food. Nothing .still why.

Hello, does your mother have any other chronic ailment? For now try taking pantodac tablet some 15 to 20 mins before breakfast for 14 days, avoid teas or coffee as the first thing in the morning, avoid hot/spicy/ fatty food, take small meals in 3-4 hrs frequency, also take syrup sucral half an hour before lunch and dinner for 14 days.
If shes having pain, she can take tablet drotin.
Also norfloxacin will not help. She could take any laxative for constipation, although veggies could help ...more
