I would like to know more about your diagnosis and how long you are on these medications. I would also like to give you information on quetiapine which is an antipsychotic and it also has antidepressant properties. You have to take medications that are agreeable to you with minimal side effects. Pexep cr and nexito are different medication, however they belong to the same class of medicine called ssri.

Dear lybrate-user,
both are paroxetine - one is plain and another is controlled release. Both will act at a certain dose. Pexep is available as 10 - 20 mg whereas pexep cr is available as 12.5 - 25 mg. Usually sweating will be mild - need not be controlled.
