Hello Lybrate user. As you told that you r different from anxiety and you were on paroxetene 25 mg ans clonazepam 0.25 in whole day. It is basic treatment of anxiety which I also give to my patients. No, it's not habit forming if you take it exactly as advised by your doctor
since it's used in anxiety disorders or major depressive disorders. Both are made worse by alcohol consumption, so you should avoid drinking while simultaneously on treatment.

If you are not getting relief with above mentioned drug in your OCD, some changes in meds can give better relief. Obviously, You can live your life in normal way. Continue anti-diabetic and anti-hypertensive medications.

Xet cr 25 as well as prodep 20 are clearly doses at which a lot of people with OCD are unlikely to respond. If this is the maximal dose that you have been tried on, the answer to your question is simple. Just increasing the dose under supervision can do the trick. Also, if you are taking both these medicines together, that is not correct - it is likely to be associated with more side effects and less benefit.
