Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days.
Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature.

I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required.

Your doctor would have examined the baby before giving the medicines. Based on what you wrote it could be either but more chances of post vaccination fever. You can wait a day and give only paracetamol if the fever subsides on its own in 2 days then good. Or else start the antibiotic you have been prescribed.
