I think your raised liver enzymes requires further evaluation, you can consult Gastrologist, and get it diagnosed.

If it is negative for any abnormal findings it does not mean everything is normal.
There are further investigations required.
Avoid taking medicines blindly.
Lower abdomen pain is not treated with pantoprazole.

Yes these will induce you periods. But it only induce when you use this, better you avoid. You can try homoeopathic treatment because in homeopathy there is a very good medicine for issues of periods. Or if possible then do test for pcod.
