I am 20 years old and very athletic. From three years, I started living in hostel and there my spices intake increased and always had my large appetite and everything was fine until two months ago when I was travelling to home at 7a. M. Suddenly all water I drank early came out as vomit and during brushing my teeth I also felt too nauseous. Then I think it was just due to empty stomach. Next day I consulted doctor for elbow injury and started my medication for golfers elbow - tendocare and tonic-sp. Till one week, every time I brush my teeth, I felt nauseous. Then after that when I returned to my hostel, whenever I ate any meal, only liquids like dal just came out as vomit in small amounts after 5 minutes of eating and I feel very uncomfortable in stomach but no pain felt. Vomit always comes out in small amounts and numerous times till all the liquids vomited. As my exams were happening, so I didn't gone home but I visited nearby doctor and tested me for diabetes, bp, pulse rate, body temperature and everything was normal, then he gave me medicine for acid reflux but it didn't control anything and I kept vomiting till 8 days, then I stopped drinking water and vomiting stopped. After that, I went home after my exams ended and everything was seeming normal till one week I agree lots of food (i felt little uncomfortable after eating but vomit doesn't happened). After one week at home, again vomit started happening after eating and only liquids came out as vomit, no solids like rice, roti, veggies and sometimes when I drink water in morning, only white sticky liquids came out. So, I went to my regular doctor, then he said I have gastritis and gave me medication for acid reflux, h2 blockers, and magnesium aluminium hydroxide syrup and told me not to eat fermented, fried and spicy foods and daily eat curd, milk, and egg. I did it properly for 10 days but after eating food I felt something rotating in my stomach at morning and night, so I walk for 2 hours after eating and tried to not put pressure on stomach but it still persists. After 10 days, doctor extended medication to 20 more days, now it is somewhat less troubling, but in the morning I still feel nauseous and after eating I still feel something going on in my stomach. I started to stop using my left hand as I thought it put pressure on my stomach. I did some kegel after eating, as it released trapped gas with burp. My medications are still going on and do some sprint some days and I am in hostel and cooking food by myself, sometimes I try to eat spicy food in small amount but it doesn't do any good. I lost weight but I feel to eat more and if my eat more, my stomach bulges out around my abs and feels more uncomfortable. I want to know when will it be cured and if yes, how long? Will I be able to eat all kinds of foods without any restriction? Will I be able to use my left hand so that it doesn't put pressure on stomach for reflux? Whenever I jump now, it put pressure on stomach and I feel very uncomfortable in stomach, so when can I return to my athletic activities without having the fear to vomit and condition worsening again?

Please note that you will have to take balance diet and always maintain that.
Practice meditation to relax yourself at least twice daily.
Do take food at an interval of 2 hours everyday .but a small quantity of food each time.
Never take full meal.in order to completely heal it will still take time. The thing is first to help yourself from worsening of the disease and then revert back to normal.

Give your child fiber rich diet and fruits I.e. Papaya, guava, and plenty of water or juice to drink. And improve his habit of deification. Encourage him to sit in toilet daily at least 2 times a day for 10 to 15 minutes. I think all this will help him to improve habit.

Your doc would have prescribed antibiotics for the infection at the local site but as we are not sure whether infection is there or not now better not to take antibiotics blindly
take laxatives ,do sitz bath and adjust your diet.
If not getting better in a week consult a surgeon.
