Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water and it's okay if you use pantop tablet once before breakfast

Dear Lybrateuser, - Along with medicine you have to follow some dietary precautions for your problem: - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, do not lye down for about an hour after a meal, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, raise your pillow end by 4-6 inches while sleeping at night

Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis/hepatitis or irritable bowel disease
2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly
3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done

take light food .increase amount of salad in your meals. Never skip your meal.
Take sheeta sudha (Dhootpapeshwar) 2 tsf three times empty stomach.
Avipattikar churna half tsf with honey twice a day empty stomach Drakshavaleha 1 tsf twice a day empty stomach.

please provide some more information so that I can give you some meaning advise. Upper abdominal pain has a lot of reasons. Most common is gastritis/acidity and that is why you have been given pantocid. Another common reason is h.pyolri infection. For that take hp kit twice a day. Do this and slowly withdraw pantop tablet. As it’s not good to use it for long term
1. Don't overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

avoid spicy, fried and street food
