Though your BP is slight high, and if you do not have any symptom, by modifying you diet, you can still control it. 1.reduce salt intake to minimum. 2. Avoid using table salt 3. Avoid oily and. Do the following Please eat food at proper timings do not lie-down at least 1 1/2 hrs after a meal, if needed you may take rest in an easy chair avoid smoking or alcohol use (if you are taking) you may continue to take pantocid dar in empty stomach
stop rantac and take sucrafil -o syrup 10 ml 1/2 he before food 3 times a day for 5 days

You need to avoid spicy foods and have timely bland foods and drink 2-3 litres of water daily and avoid or reduce coffee and tea, must stop alcohol, if you take.
