Operating cost is not much as it is a simple laparoscopic surgery with a very short stay. My suggestion is choose your surgeon which is most important. Then talk with his team regarding the cost and best possible package.

U should not take antacids regularly as they may cause side effects. Do this
1. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani,...more

The salt you have mentioned pentaprezol. Although studies have shown no side effect on growing fetus, it should be taken only when badly needed. Excess of common antacids may cause hinderence of iron absorption.

Walk about 3-5 kms daily.
There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep.

Hi…1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals,
2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals,
3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) take 1 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meals, gives you good result, THANKS.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water and it's okay if you use pantop tablet once before breakfast

Dear Lybrateuser, - Along with medicine you have to follow some dietary precautions for your problem: - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, do not lye down for about an hour after a meal, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, raise your pillow end by 4-6 inches while sleeping at night
