Tacrolimus ointment helps reduce inflammatory skin reactions. It is prescribed for people with moderate-to-severe eczema, usually as an alternative to other treatments such as steroid creams or ointments. It is applied topically (on to the skin) to reduce symptoms such as inflammation, redness and itching.
You cannot use it for the penis foreskin and above all, it is wrong and unwanted to think that the foreskin is tight can be softened by any cream.

Hello.
Tacrolimus level depends upon a lot of factors. In patients with high risk transplant, we tend to keep Tacrolimus level at a higher range. In general, if everything else is going well, level should be around 6.
But again, it depends upon a lot of factors and the nephrologist you r following should be able to guide you better.

It should never been used on face first. It is never meant for face. It will make your skin thin and light sensitive. Please consult a qualified dermatologist with a valid MD degree in your city. Please do not consult unqualified people or pharmacist or quacks who tell you that these cream helps.
Treatment 1) use Rheacalm cream twice daily (company-Ducray)
2) Tacrolimus lotion 0.03% once daily at night on face 3) stop Clop G.

Tacrolimus will not help with scabies at all.
You need proper treatment & more importantly proper instructions to take care of your scabies infestation on your body and your surroundings.
I would advice you to consult a dermatologist to get better medicine (as gamascab is pretty old medicine. There are many better options available) & follow proper instructions to get rid of scabies infestation.
For any other doubt send me personal msg on Lybrate.

Time taken for skin to rebound back from steroid side effects varies from person to person and it is generally from few weeks to few months. Patience is very important. Tacrolimus is an excellent medication. You can use it twice a week. Any good kojic acid cream you can ask from your dermatologist. As it is not feasible on this platform without examining your face. Because your face is sensitive now. But 100% treatable.

Hello lybrate-user. From the symptoms described by you, it seems that you have been suffering from viral keratoconjunctivitis. It is a viral infection of the eye and tends to take long periods of time to resolve. By long periods, I mean that it may take months (upto 6 months) to completely heal. If you have been prescribed tacrolimus and its causing a lot of burning with irritation, it might be a good idea to use a lubricant eye drop copiously. Tacrolimus is known to cause burning, irritation an...more

The active ingredient in Remus 0.1% Ointment is Tacrolimus and it is usually used to treat eczema or atopic dermatitis and occasinally used to treat vitiligo instead of corticosteriods and in combination with other treatments like UV therapy or photo therapy. Even this is having side effects and you need to be more cautious before using this cream like If you are pregnant, trying for a baby or breast-feeding.
If you have any other skin conditions.
If you have swollen lymph glands or a we...more
