Dear user. The following are the medical conditions that can cause insomnia: nasal/sinus allergies.
Gastrointestinal problems such as reflux.
Endocrine problems such as hyperthyroidism.
Arthritis.
Asthma.
Neurological conditions such as parkinson's disease.
Chronic pain.
Low back pain.
Other than these, stress, anxiety, depression, obsession, lack of exercises etc can also cause insomnia. Consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Take care.

Look you have abused many substances known to produce dependence. If you have anxiety do not self medicate by these drugs as these may harm you, better take professional advise from a psychiatrist for deaddiction and control of your anxiety symptoms.

Both are equally bad with negative effects on psyche. Stop sleeping tabs gradually as rebound effects can be worse than initial symptoms, every negative emotion surfaces. May be you do not need any medicines. Take a glass of warm milk with honey at bed time, watch soothing programmes on tv and listen to music, read good books.
