As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so there are 3 yrs. More to grow further!

The best source of vitamin d is sunlight. Sit in the sun with minimum clothes on in the morning hours for 30 mins. Pl keep your head in shadow or cover it with some leave or wet cloth. If you are not able to sit without clothes wear thin white clothes only. It is summer these days hence it will be advisable to drink 2 glasses of water before sun bath. Your weight is about 8 kg in excess. You should adopt a weight reduction program.
