Otrivin can be harmful if used for long periods.
Get a NCCT PNS done to evaluate the extent and severity of sinusitis.
You may have to use intranasal steroids and anti allergics to get rid of your symptoms

Using otrivin for nasal polyps is the worst thing you could do. Moreover you have done it daily for the past 4 years. Read about rebound congestion due to nasal decngestants and rhinitis medicamentosa. You need a complete sino-nasal evaluation with an allergy testing. As you have no side effects now you try to stop it and check your nose for block. Using levocet m tab will hlep in allergic block this medication provides only temporary relief. This appears like Ear drum perforation as a result of cold and middle ear infection. Ear must be kept dry with no liquid entry of any type. Wipe outside with cotton buds. take steam inhalation

The fact that the eosinophil count is high it points to an allergic cause.
Deviated nasal septum & enlarged inferior turbinates are the other causes of nasal block. Nasal drops or sprays will give only temporary relief. It is better one does not use them.
Taking an antihistaminic along with a decongestant might give you some relief. Surgery should be the last option.
