You seem to have middle ar infection and need an ent surgery, until then you may ry the ear drops otogesic drops.

it's quite long time before you had a foot drop and still not recovered. Recovery chances depends on your nerve. Need to take a nerve conduction study. And then you need to see based on the report findings if there are any changes of recovery or not.
