with that take natural vitamin D from sun ..early morning..

Your finger pain can be due to various reasons our suggestion would be to do warm water bath to relieve from pain. If the pain doesn't subside please do ice therapy to reduce the inflammation from the finger.

Sir, I am 34 years ,52 kg guy. I have low vitamin d level 10. Doctor injected me arachitol 6 lac IU INJECTION. How many more injections I need to get and what should be the gap period between each injection of 6 L IU capacity? please help and suggest as I am feeling lot of fatigue and short of breadth on little work.

It can be decided after the repeated test for vitamin D levels.
Better take Homoeopathic treatment. It will improve the levels naturally. And improvs general health.
Also taking injection is not a solution. Once you stop taking them the levels may go down again.

thee r right medications..u need to balance all nutrients before conceiving.. u need these during pregnancy too but try to cover up before ..n definitely have a balanced n healthy diet n lifestyle

My vitamin d is 9 ng/ml, vitamin b12 is 21 pg/ml. Doctor has prescribed arachitol 6l - 4 injections, nurokind plus 5 injections. Will this lead to lifetime dependency on injections? I am vegetarian, are injections mandatory looking at my current levels or oral supplements can solve my concern.

I am 26 years old. I have Vitamin D, 25- Hydroxy level of 4.35 ng/ml. My doctor has prescribed me astesol D3 60000 IU once a week and injection arachitol 6 Lac once a month for 3 months. Please suggest me if this is too high a dosage recommended by my doctor. I will be highly obliged.

A few years back, the recommended level was between 40 to 60 nanograms per milliliter (ng/ml), but more recently the optimal vitamin D level has been raised to 50-70 ng/ml, and when treating cancer or heart disease, as high as 70-100 ng/ml.
You need this dose to get the required level in your body.
