Yes it could be better go for a physical check-up to conclude things

Pinkeye (also called conjunctivitis) is redness and swelling of the conjunctiva, the mucous membrane that lines the eyelid and eye surface. The lining of the eye is usually clear. If irritation or infection occurs, the lining becomes red and swollen.

Verify your spectacle power, especially if it is longer than one year since last check up. More probably, you may be starting to get "dry eyes. You will need an eye checkup by an ophthalmologist, until then, you can try using lubricating eye drops (carboxy methyl cellulose).

Looks like you have allergy problem. It could be due to nearby sources.
Here are some checklist to rule out other sources of infection
1. Nose and sinus - frequent nose block, discharge
2. Dental caries - get filling done
3. Acid problem - burping, or chest burn, pain stomach- avoid lying down after meals for atleast 2 hours

No medicine or tablet will cause weight loss in isolation. Even if you lose weight it is muscle loss which shows as a loss on the scale. This weight comes back doubled once you are back to your routine.
Bloating and heaviness could be due to cellulose. If your diet is fiber rich or you are not taking enough water etc it can cause bloating and constipation. Just adding cellulose cannot cause weight loss.
