Hye.
Your diet depends on many factors like height, weight, present diet, nutritional deficiencies, activity levels and medical condition. Your health can't be dependent on a number, and a healthy diet is not about calories or your age, it's about the right nutrients at the right time as needed by the body.

A saltwater gargle 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2tsp turmeric dissolved in a glass of warm water can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat. To help relieve nasal congestion, try saline (pure salt water) nasal drops.

Dates are basically high in sugars. If you consider it as a part of your carbohydrate exchange list, then definitely you can have it everyday. It also depends on the timing and the quantity and quality of the overall meal that you have on a particular day.
