Hello lybrate-user. It's not cumpolsary that purgative create deficiency.
Our diet digest, become stool & clear, due to intestine movement. Long time use of purgative can decrease self movement. Also they don't let diet fully digest. So any deficiency can occur!
you can use haritaki or triphala on daily basis.

1] in the morning have a walk. 2] take tea with some snacks. 3] eat two bananas with milk in breakfast 4] your lunch and dinner should contain all the constituent of balanced diet. 5] take snacks, nuts, milk, egg, fruits etc in between two main meal. 6] take homeopathic alfa -alfa tonic one spoon before meal two times. 7] never remain empty stomach for more then 3 hours [except night]

If you r married since more than a year with regular sex (3-4 times a week) that is the time you should seek medical help.
There r 2 basic tests which r needed in such case. Semen analysis (15 million/ml is normal count) and hsg to find out about the fallopian tube potency. If both r normal which is usually the case next treatment is with climiphene citrate for 5 days with follicular monitoring.

If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. You could also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located. Clove buds are a great ingredient to cure sore throat too. To prevent the ulcerated area from getting infected, make it a point to rinse your mouth with a little salt water. Remember, this won’t make the ulcer disappear, but it can help reduce the pain.
