1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% fat, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. All oral painkillers will have side effects, especially in your age. Paracetamol is preferred for this reason. If one class of pain killers is not privity adequate relief, then we can combine multiple type of pain killers to avoid side effects.
