I understand difficulty you are facing in this tuff time. You should avoid taking hot or cold food intake. Also avoid chewing from that side as pain may worsen. It will be helpful for her if she brush in that region after having any meals. Taking prolong medicines is not good idea. Medicines prescribed by doctor after checkup can be effective for her as it is given after assessment of the causitive factors and present situation. You can contact for online consultation I will be happy to help.

For each pound of fat that you gain, the body forms seven new miles of blood vessels. Your body works harder to pump blood through all these extra vessels, exerting pressure on your heart, decreasing oxygenation and nutrient replenishment in other tissues. The good thing is that if you lose a pound your body breaks down and re-absorbs the unnecessary vessels.

Hey it's normal to get irregular periods in the initial years after getting your first period as the body is still adjusting to regulate new levels of hormones. But if the condition becomes more frequent and is really affecting your physical or mental health then you should go to a gynaecologist for routine consultation and share your problems with her.

You need to do regular physical exercise like walking yoga etc. Also control your diet strictly as per advice of your doctor if your blood sugar still remains high he may advise you some medicine or/and increase the dose of insulin.
