Hello, from 14th week till term you should be continuing on iron and calcium tabs. You can continue roofer and b12 tablet till term. Abdominal pain could be due to various reasons, like constipation, dyspepsia, uti, or in worst cases preterm labour or placental separation. You should get an ultrasound pelvis done to check for foetal viability.

Hi, Ideally if your haemoglobin remains this low consistently, then find out the reason if you are Thalessemic minor. One tablet of iron per day should be fine as too much iron can lead to contipation. Also it gets stored in the liver.

Hi, Anemia is when your hemoglobin is below 11 or 12. Dietary iron rich sources are Halim seeds (Soaked and had with lemon), Dark green leafy vegetables, Date, anjeer ,Red Poha, Bajra, Watermelon etc. Any other iron supplement can be tried like Dexorange or Raricap. Drink a glass of water every hour to avoid headaches.
