diphtheria, tetanus, and whooping cough (pertussis) (dtap) (3rd dose)
haemophilus influenzae type b disease (hib) (3rd dose)
polio (ipv) (3rd dose)
pneumococcal disease (pcv13) (3rd dose)
rotavirus (rv) (3rd dose)

It is not mandatory that fever should happen after injections and some children do not get fever whereas some will get. It is not true that if fever does not come the vaccine is not effective.

From the next dose onwards you can switch over to hexavalent vaccine consisting of IPV (Inj polio vaccine) and give three doses.

Yes ipv vaccination can be done only problem is regarding it's availability
it's not available separately in private market and in government setup they are giving via different dose and route
so
you may get two ipv doses 8 week apart if available.
