Dear sekhar,
what are your current dosages of psychotropics and the clear indication of each? What are your current active symptoms, though it is understandable that you have bipolar disorder but what type, I donât know yet.
As being a pharmacist yourself, I am expecting you to have this information about yourself.
You can mail me at email to discuss these issues in detail, as it will be tricky to titrate multiple medications.
Take care.

She might have a number of issues at this age, which she may not be able to share with anyone. The counselling process will give her an outlet to express herself and understand her own mind. Cbt will work for her, but don't insist on it. Let the counsellor decide which therapy will suit your daughter. Most counsellors w...more

Hello-
yes ed is due to your meds. Common side effects of anti psychotic meds in men include decreased libido and difficulty getting an erection. Some men have trouble maintaining an erection. Men taking antidepressants also report delayed or blocked orgasm.
Fortunately, it can be cured by ayurveda.

Schizophrenia is a life long disorder like diabetes or hypertension. But the symptoms can be controlled well and you can be made functional, so get this in your mind and take treatment regularly with your psychiatrist as advised. All the best.
